Project Based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects end-to-end: briefing, planning, execution, and delivery
- Translate client/creative briefs into clear, actionable directions for the design team
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are on track
- Coordinate regularly with cross-country teams and stakeholders
- Identify potential project risks and proactively provide solutions
- Conduct quality control on creative deliverables before submission
- Prepare and present regular project progress reports
They Must Have:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Creative Project Manager / Design
- Strong understanding of graphic design, creative production, or digital content
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Experience working with cross-country or remote teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong sense of ownership
- Able to review and provide constructive feedback on design work
