As a Project Manager at XDOF Indonesia, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple AI data annotation and data collection projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards while maintaining operational efficiency.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage end-to-end AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Product, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements, quality standards, and company SOPs.
- Track project performance through KPIs, productivity, quality, and project metrics.
- Prepare project reports and communicate progress to management and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project execution.
- Support the implementation and scaling of new AI projects and workflows.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure effective communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or AI/Technology-related projects.
- Experience managing AI projects, data annotation, data collection, machine learning operations, or technology products is preferred.
- Strong project planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Lark).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project metrics and performance data.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Fluent in Mandari is a plus
