As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects from start to finish. You will lead project teams, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to specified requirements. You will ensure that projects achieve desired business goals and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize all aspects of the project, including setting objectives, budget, and project schedule.
- Identify resources required for the project and manage resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, identifying and addressing potential obstacles.
- Conduct regular project monitoring and evaluation, identifying potential risks and taking necessary preventive actions.
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, including project team, senior management, and clients, to ensure clear understanding of project progress.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and communicate information to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle changes in project scope efficiently, including evaluating their impact on schedule and budget.
- Ensure that projects comply with established quality and safety standards
- Scrum & MVP Implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informations System, Informatics, and Information Management.
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in project management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus on project objectives.
- Proficiency in conflict management and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira, is a plus.
