Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Manager (Waste Management) PT NARA SINERGI LINGKUNGAN
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who’s passionate about environmental impact and ready to drive real change in waste management. You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end—from crafting ideas and pitching them to clients, to leading execution on the ground with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage waste management projects from ideation to execution and completion
- Develop proposals, project plans, and actionable strategies
- Pitch ideas and solutions to clients and partners
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Oversee implementation, monitor progress, and ensure quality outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients, communities, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects align with environmental issues and sustainability goals (SDGs)
- Solve problems on the go and adapt quickly in dynamic field conditions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in waste management, environmental, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field
- Proven experience leading projects and teams
- Strong skills in proposal writing, planning, and execution
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Great communication and pitching skills
- Strong understanding of environmental issues and SDGs
- High social awareness and passion for sustainability
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in mobile/field settings
