Job description for Project Manager Support at Enfactum
Job Description:
Your role is to render support to a large payment transformation Program team project management in all facets of the project activities. As PM support you do not hold any decision-making responsibility.
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinating project set up, designing kick-off and schedule.
- Developing and managing effective communication and liaison with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure that requirements are identified, assessed and appropriately integrated into the project.
- Providing support to a large payments transformation Program Team, Cost Tracking Sheet, Invoice and Payment tracking, Contract tracking
- Assisting Branch PM in admin tasks, for eg, arranging meetings, drafting for MoM, and preparing project documentation.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in the areas of estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, payment and contract tracking
- Ability to orchestrate meetings
- Communication excellence is a must
