Job Description – Project Manager
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients across digital marketing services, including Social Media, Website, and SEO.
- Gather and understand client requirements, then translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Manage client expectations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed according to the timeline.
- Monitor project resources, budget utilization, and overall profitability.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to clients and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management and/or Account Management (agency or client-facing roles preferred)
✔️ Strong understanding of digital marketing projects, especially Social Media, Website, and SEO
✔️ Experience handling KOL and Google Ads projects is a plus
✔️ Excellent client servicing and communication skills
✔️ Adaptive, assertive, and solution-oriented mindset
✔️ PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus
