🚀 The Role
You’ll work closely with the Director to help steer projects from concept to delivery, connecting clients, creatives, and partners along the way. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be right at the centre of our operations.
If you enjoy organising moving parts, solving problems, and being part of a creative process, this role could be a great fit.

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Lead and coordinate projects from start to finish
• Act as the bridge between clients, creative teams, and vendor partners
• Keep timelines, deliverables, and budgets on track
• Support day-to-day studio operations and planning
• Anticipate challenges and proactively solve them
• Keep communication clear, structured, and flowing across all stakeholders

🧠 What We’re Looking For
• Someone who is self-driven and comfortable working independently
• Strong communicator with a good command of English
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
• Interest or curiosity in animation, creative production, or digital media
• A problem-solver who enjoys making things happen

🛠️ Tools & Skills
You’re comfortable picking up and using tools like:
• Notion
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• SharePoint
• AI productivity tools
• Wix or similar platforms
Nice to have (but not required):
• Exposure to Spatial.io or virtual/immersive platforms
• Basic familiarity with Unity or interactive environments
