Project Manager Odoo (Teknikal Odoo)

Kami sedang mencari seorang Project Manager Odoo (Teknikal Odoo) yang mampu memimpin proyek pengembangan dan implementasi sistem Odoo dengan pendekatan yang terstruktur dan efisien. Posisi ini sangat penting bagi kami karena kami ingin memperkuat tim kami dengan seseorang yang memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang manajemen proyek teknis dan kemampuan untuk bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan berbagai pihak.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze client business processes through workshops and discussions to identify operational requirements.
2. Map business workflows into effective Odoo ERP solutions.
3. Perform gap analysis between standard Odoo features and client-specific business requirements.
4. Collaborate with the development team to define customization requirements and implementation strategies.
5. Support the sales team during pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations and preparing tailored solution proposals.
6. Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules based on client requirements.
7. Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs.
8. Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
9. Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to Odoo while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
10. Act as the primary liaison between clients and the development team, facilitating clear communication and project coordination.
11. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user guidance to ensure successful system adoption.
12. Maintain excellent customer relationships through strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Consultant or in ERP implementation projects.
3. Proven experience as a Project Leader or Project Manager, preferably in Odoo or similar ERP implementations.
4. Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and HR business processes.
5. Proficiency in Python, XML, and JavaScript.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to coordinate between clients and technical teams.
7. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
