Job Description:
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Requirement:
Experienced as Project Manager in software or application development.
Experienced in the telecommunication industry for systems that support operation and implementation.
Having knowledge in mikrotik features and captive portal will be an advantage.
Having knowledge in hotspot technology will be an advantage.
Familiarity with SmartSheet software’s collaboration and project management tools.
Experienced with process improvement.
Advanced time management and analytical skills.
Advanced Google Sheets and MS Office skills.
Capability breakdown task to team project (Engineer, Project Office, QA, etc).
Having a data-driven mindset in order to handle numbers, read trends, and spot data discrepancies.
Excellent client-facing communication skills to collaborate and communicate effectively to convey ideas with peers and relevant stakeholders.
