We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver Monday.com implementation projects for clients across various industries. This role focuses on managing project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Monday.com solutions. The Project Manager will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Job Description
- Lead monday.com implementation projects with clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and project reports
- Coordinate project resources and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and drive timely resolution
- Manage communication and information flow between clients and project teams
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS implementation or deployment projects
- Strong project management skills, methodologies, and tools
- Experience managing client-facing software implementation projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in a consulting, technology, or SaaS environment is preferred
- Experience with Monday.com or similar work management platforms e.g., JIRA, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project is an advantage
