Project Manager (Middle)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT consulting projects across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project management for IT consulting engagements, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
2. Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
4. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
5. Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
6. Conduct regular project reviews and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
8. Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of project management methodologies within the organization.
9. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers.
10. Ensure projects follow best practices, standards, and project management frameworks.
11. Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
12. Support ideation, planning, execution, testing, and deployment phases of IT projects.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and frameworks: PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), PRINCE2, Agile / SCRUM / Waterfall
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to take initiative and contribute ideas to enhance overall user experience.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with: Enterprise IT solutions, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ERP systems (nice to have), Must have own laptop to support effective workload.

• Willing to work onsite at client locations (Jakarta and outside Jakarta).
• Available to work during office hours with minimum 1-year contract.
