Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Manager Maintenance NBS (nusantara beta studio)
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of SOPs, IT Governance standards, and Project Management Frameworks for maintenance operations
- Manage end-to-end application release governance (planning, risk assessment, rollback strategy, post-release evaluation)
- Oversee multiple maintenance projects simultaneously (minimum 4–6 active projects)
- Ensure compliance with SLA, OLA, and KPI targets across all assigned applications
- Establish proactive monitoring strategy using tools (Crashlytics, Grafana, AppStore, PlayStore, etc.)
- Lead incident management, escalation handling, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Provide strategic performance reports to management (incident trends, system stability, risk exposure)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase system reliability and operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developer, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Product, Client)
- Mentor and guide junior PMs or team members in maintenance governance
- Ensure structured weekend / after-hours incident handling process
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Project Manager in Maintenance / DevOps environment
- Experienced in handling multiple concurrent projects (minimum 4–6 applications)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and release lifecycle management
- Experienced in SLA management, incident handling, and risk mitigation
- Proficient in application monitoring tools (Crashlytics, Grafana, AppStore Console, PlayStore Console, etc.)
- Experienced in project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and governance-driven
Additional Requirement
- Willing to work on-site and travel to multiple locations for routine maintenance monitoring and project activities.
- Willing to work during evening/night schedules when maintenance activities or operational agendas require it.
- Comfortable with hands-on field activities.
- Able to perform or coordinate technical operational checks and ensure maintenance activities are executed according to the required standards.
- Willing to take an active role in day-to-day maintenance operations, not limited to project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Able to coordinate with technical/maintenance teams to identify issues, follow up on findings, and ensure timely resolution.
- Physically prepared for frequent mobility visits as part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
- Having a technical background or experience in maintenance/engineering/technical operations is preferred.
