As an IT/Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
Manage project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and budgets
Ensure adherence to IT project management best practices and methodologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management
Solid understanding of IT processes, systems, and technologies
Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in project management tools and software
Having experienced with ERP, Bigdata Analytics is a plus
