Project Manager - IT Project

Currently, we are looking for a Software Project Manager interested in managing our web and mobile development projects.

What You Will Do:

1. Analysing project requirement and come up with project solution and suggestion
2. Provide end-to-end project management and schedule
3. Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
4. Collaborate with the developers to find out the project estimation
5. Test the solution and make sure it’s according to the project requirement
6. Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
7. Update clients with the latest progress of the project
8. Identify company’s user and system requirements for new website, and estimate the time spent on each task
9. Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
10. Work as part of a team developing applications and services
11. Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
12. Follow industry best practices

Requirements:

1. 5++ years of experience as Project Manager
2. Strong experience with PHP and MySQL
3. Experience with MVC frameworks (Laravel required; Kohana is a plus)
4. Ability to create well-documented software process development
5. Able to communicate in English at actively is required
6. Ability to take ownership over your work
7. Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM – 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
