Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least having 1-3 years experience in End-to-End Project Management (SDLC, Inception to Go-Live).
- Additional experience in Engineering or Data Analytics is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of the flow of Fintech Payments (VA, QRIS, Payment Gateway) and OJK/BI regulations.
- Proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Lean) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong Leadership in managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
- Excellent Problem Solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with API Integration and Supply Chain Management concepts.
- Tech-savvy with PM Tools (Trello, MS Project, Miro) and Office/Google Workspace.
- Confident in English for professional conversation.
- Adaptive and willing to learn new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define scope, timelines, risk mitigation, and project estimations.
- Act as a consultant to align business needs with the project vision.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories and tasks for the development team.
- Oversee the development process and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Lead SIT, UAT, and PIR activities, including infrastructure readiness for Go-Live.
- Evaluate project health and conduct post-mortems to improve future performance.
- Prepare user manuals, test cases, and materials for successful implementation.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
