Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering; Master's Degree (S2) in Civil is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-risk building construction projects (high-rise, commercial, hotel, mixed-use, or industrial buildings).
Strong knowledge of project management, construction methods, structural works, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
Familiar with construction regulations, QA/QC, and HSE standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, HSE/K3, or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Fluent in English preferred
Job Description
Lead and manage high-risk construction projects from planning to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and project risks.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulations, and HSE standards.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular reports to management.
Manage project changes, claims, and variation orders to ensure successful project delivery.
