PROJECT MANAGER FTTH (All Over Indonesia)

🚀 We're Hiring: Project Manager – FTTH

PT Global Lancesoft Infra is looking for an experienced Project Manager FTTH to join our growing team!

If you have a strong background in Fiber to the Home (FTTH) deployment and enjoy leading end-to-end telecommunication projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage FTTH projects from planning to handover.

✅ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

✅ Lead and coordinate internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

✅ Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management and customers.

✅ Oversee budget, materials, project risks, and HSE compliance.

✅ Maintain project documentation, including ATP, BAST, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

✔ Minimum D3/S1 in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.

✔ At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in FTTH/Fiber Optic projects.

✔ Strong knowledge of end-to-end FTTH deployment, OSP/ISP, fiber installation, and testing & commissioning.

✔ Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Willing to travel for business as required.

Preferred:

⭐ Experience with telecommunication operators or vendors such as Telkom, XL, Indosat, Huawei, ZTE, or similar.

⭐ Experience managing subcontractors and multi-site projects.

⭐ FTTH or Project Management certification is an advantage.
