Project Manager / Project Coordinator - Artacreative Studio

Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB
Full time, On site
Contract Period
1-3 months contract, with possible extension based on performance and project needs
Main Responsibilities
- Support day to day coordination of ongoing studio multiple projects across pre production, production, and post production
- Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and task progress, and flag potential delays or issues early
- Coordinate schedules for shoots, meetings, and internal or client reviews
- Assist in communication between internal team, freelancers, and clients, and maintain clear project status updates for the studio lead
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, briefs, references, and production materials
- Help ensure deliverables meet the approved brief, scope, and agreed timelines
- Manage sourcing and coordination of talents and props, including purchasing and expense documentation
- Support invoicing, budgeting, and basic cost tracking when required
- Assist with post project wrap up, handover, and documentation
Requirements:
- Available to start immediately
- Must have own laptop and be able to use it for daily work tasks
- Previous experience as a project manager or project coordinator, preferably in a creative studio, agency, or production environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable communicating in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners
- Able to manage basic budgeting, purchasing, and invoicing support
- Familiar with production workflows including pre production, production, and post production
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, and project tracking tools
- Detail oriented, proactive, and able to flag issues early
- Able to work on site Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday
