Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Manager (Ex Developer) Banking PT Unilabel Pakindo Jaya
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Innovation & Contribution: Drive creation and innovation while contributing significantly to Bank Mandiri’s progress.
- Facilitation: Serve as a facilitator for one or more Scrum Teams, providing services to the Product Owner, Development Team, and Stakeholders.
- Agile Monitoring: Monitor the Scrum Team to ensure development processes are agile, adaptive, transparent, and professional.
- Scrum Values: Uphold and implement the Scrum Core Values within the team: Courage, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Commitment.
- Team Protection: Protect the Development Team’s focus from outside intervention and impediments.
- Problem Resolution: Escalate issues and find solutions to impediments faced by the Development Team.
- Sprint Alignment: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the Scrum Team’s development efforts align with the agreed Sprint Goals.
- Backlog Management: Arrange Product Backlog priorities based on value and urgency for the Product Owner.
- Ceremony Facilitation: Monitor and facilitate the Development Team in conducting Scrum Ceremonies.
- Proactive Solutions: Analyze problems and proactively assist the Scrum Team in finding both short-term and long-term solutions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze opportunities and implement improvements in processes and workflows to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Training & Coaching: Conduct training or knowledge-sharing sessions required by the Scrum Team and the organization regarding Agile methodology and the Scrum framework.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (both within and outside IT) using positive, clear, and constructive communication.
- Other Duties: Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the Group Head with full accountability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- SDLC Experience: Minimum of 3 years of involvement in software development projects (SDLC).
- Role Experience: Minimum of 3 years of total experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team member, or Project Manager.
- Methodology Knowledge: Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
- Scrum Experience: Experience in implementing Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective).
Required Skills:
- Project Experience: Proven involvement in software development projects (SDLC) for at least 3 years.
- Agile Roles: Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developer, or Project Manager (Total 3+ years).
- Methodologies: Understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
- Tools: Experience in administering Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
- Ceremonies: Experience in applying Scrum Ceremonies.
Additional Skills:
Product Owner Certification (PSPO/CSPO).
Scrum Developer Certification (PSD/CSD).
