Position: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage event projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of event logistics.
- Manage on-site event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the event planning and execution process.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing a variety of events, including corporate events, weddings, and exhibitions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Have a good knowledge of Bali and its event vendors.
- Willingness to travel for event.
