We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (EV Charger) to join our dynamic team, specializing in EV charger project management and after-sales services.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the full lifecycle of AC home charger installation projects—from initial customer contact to final handover.
- Ensure that all required materials and equipment are prepared according to project specifications.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, technical requirements, and progress updates.
- Assist sales to complete technical exchanges with customers, , program explanations, etc.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct post-installation evaluation and maintain complete project documentation.
What we're looking for:
- More than 3 years of working experience in EV Charging, especially Home Charging (AC).
- Must hold a certification in the field of electrical engineering.
- Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Mechatronics, or other related majors.
- Has resources in the EV field is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
