Project Manager (Developer Property)

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for planning, management, coordination and finance control from the project

· Able to finish the project on the schedule and subject to the budget and quality standard

· Excellent in analyzing, assessment control to the project risks

· Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services

· Reporting regularly on progress to division managers

· Have the ability to analyze the contract price Mechanical & Electrical work

· Make reports for a certain period

Requirements:

· Min. 25 years old

· Expertise Certification Requirements (SKA) - Indonesian Architects Association

· Bachelor’s Degree in Technic Civil/Architecture or equivalent from reputable university

· Fluently in English verbal and non-verbal

· Min. 3 years working experience of well-known projects particularly building construction

· Able to handle the roles written above

· Capable to make and running the timescales and monitoring

· Able to make & control budget calculation

· Have a leadership skill and capable to manage all workers
