we're looking for a Project Manager who's led projects where the deliverable isn't just a feature — it's a pipeline, a dashboard, a model, or a dataset that powers decisions.
You've managed work where data quality, schema changes, or model drift could derail a sprint. You've coordinated with data engineers on ETL timelines, aligned analysts on KPI definitions, or guided stakeholders through the uncertainty of exploratory analytics. If you've shipped data-intensive work — and you care about how it's built, not just when — this is your kind of challenge.
This isn't about agile theater. It's about enabling delivery where ambiguity is part of the spec.
This is a hybrid role based in West Jakarta, where your experience helps teams move from raw to reliable.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead end-to-end delivery of data-focused projects: pipelines, warehouses, dashboards, analytics platforms, or AI/ML features
✅ Partner with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to scope work, estimate effort, and de-risk execution
✅ Manage agile workflows while ensuring data quality and engineering rigor aren't sacrificed for speed
✅ Translate technical progress into clear updates for stakeholders — without oversimplifying or losing nuance
✅ Own project documentation, reporting, and client communication with data credibility
✅ Facilitate trade-off discussions: data freshness vs. cost, scope vs. timeline, exploration vs. production readiness
✅ Continuously improve delivery processes based on retros, metrics, and team feedback
Who You Are:
✅ 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in data, analytics, or tech-driven environments
✅ Proven experience managing data projects: ETL/ELT pipelines, BI dashboards, data modeling, or analytics deployments
✅ Comfortable discussing SQL, data modeling, cloud warehouses, or basic ML concepts — no coding required, but curiosity is
✅ Strong in agile methodologies, Jira/Notion, and cross-functional stakeholder management
✅ Bonus: Exposure to AI/ML projects, MLOps, or real-time analytics
✅ Fluent in English — written and spoken
✅ Pragmatic, organized, and passionate about shipping work that works — not just ships
