We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee, lead, and manage project development activities from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities
To ensure compliance with all relevant statutory standards, regulations, Codes of Practice, safety standards and procedures are met and to deliver a project on time, within the budget and exceptional high quality:
- To plan, lead and manage a project proceeds within the specified time frame and under the established budget, while achieving its qualities and objectives.
- To be overall in-charge into all process groups from project initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing phase.
- In conjunction with the project consultants, administer the construction contracts, issue project instruction as appropriate, monitor procurement process, make progress payment certification with the recommendation by the appoint Quantity Surveyor, assess any delay of the project completion and make certification in accordance with contract conditions.
- To facilitate design team with design development and contract documentation processes. Managing reports and provide regular updates to the Employer on the progress. When necessary, make recommendations to mitigate any delays in the progress of the project.
- To manage, co-ordinate and oversee the construction team on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labor force, monitoring sub-contractors, checking materials, inspecting work etc. to ensure good control over time, cost, quality, safety and health on site.
- To conduct and chair any project progress, co-ordination meetings, technical or workshops as appropriate.
- To initiate, review and maintain a document control system to track and record all correspondences, minutes of meeting, contract documents, drawings and reports on work progress.
- To define, track and manage project deliverables and project stakeholder’s expectation.
- To establish the main roles and responsibilities, communication protocol, and workflow amongst the project team members and other stakeholders.
- To organise and motivate project team.
- To analyse and manage project risk.
- To oversee strategic implementation, financial and administrative oversight, supervise members of the project team, monitoring and evaluating on some ad-hoc or unexpected obstacles during project life cycles.
Skills Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from reputable universities.
- Minimum 7 years’ experiences as Project Manager or Construction Head/Manager or Site Head/Manager
- At least 7 years of relevant experience with project or construction management on all types of urban residential, commercial projects and/or infrastructure developments.
- Familiar with building plan or authority submission work-flow.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, Ms. Project etc.
- Understand planning, engineering, sales and project legality aspects.
- Ability to monitor and control budget and cash flow.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skill and is able to coordinate the implementation of work.
- Self-motivation, proactive, and equip with problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure to maintain schedules and meet deadlines & objectives.
- Accustomed to prepare project status reports.
- Good negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to be located in BSD City.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to lead a team and able to excel in a corporate start-up.
