Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Manager - Banking Syariah Industry PT Sigma Global Teknologi

Requirements:

1. Min 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Project Manager di proyek IT/cloud.

2. Pengalaman dalam migrasi platform, cloud adoption, atau modernisasi aplikasi.

3. Pemahaman kuat tentang AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, dan DevOps workflow.

4. Pengalaman di industri perbankan menjadi nilai tambah.

5. Kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan leadership yang kuat.

6. Sertifikasi PMP/PRINCE2/AWS (nice to have).

Jobdesc:

1. Memimpin end-to-end migrasi OCP → AWS ROSA.

2. Menyusun dan mengelola project plan, timeline, dan milestone.

3. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, business users, serta vendor (AWS, Red Hat, SI).

4. Mengawal penyusunan dokumentasi proyek (BRD, HLD/LLD, Migration Plan, Testing Plan, Cutover Plan).

5. Melakukan risk assessment dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi (OJK, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).

6. Menyampaikan status proyek kepada manajemen senior dan Steering Committee.

7. Mengawasi fase testing dan memastikan production readiness.
