PROJECT ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our team and bring creative concepts to life. The ideal candidate will oversee architectural and interior design projects from design development through construction, ensuring quality, functionality, and design intent are maintained throughout the process.
### Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design projects from concept development to project completion.
- Develop and review technical drawings, construction details, material specifications, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Identify and resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates and coordinate with clients and relevant stakeholders.
### Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of other design and visualization software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and site coordination.
- Good project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
