We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Architecture & Interior Project Manager to oversee design and project execution from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience managing architectural and interior projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage architectural and interior projects from planning to handover
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Supervise project schedules, budgets, and work progress
Ensure design quality and project execution meet company standards
Review drawings, materials, and technical specifications
Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
Solve project-related issues and provide effective solutions
Lead and support the design and project team
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Prepare project reports and updates for clients and management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same company
Experience in architecture and interior project management
Strong knowledge of construction details and working drawings
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong time management and teamwork skills
Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and professional behavior are a must
