Job Description
- Plan and manage cross-functional business projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
- Manage projects related to new store opening, grand opening, renovation/relocation, system implementation, business expansion, and process improvement.
- Develop project timelines, track progress, and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up for each project.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, Business Excellence, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from planning to completion.
- Experience handling projects such as new store opening, grand opening, renovation/relocation, system implementation, business expansion, or process improvement.
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with project management tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, consumer business, or other fast-paced environments is preferred.
