Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Management Officer PT. Mutia Culinary Concepts
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle tender administration, tender invitation, bid comparison, and evaluation process.
- Prepare and review contracts and other project-related commercial documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and project teams regarding procurement and contract matters.
- Source and evaluate vendors/subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget.
- Monitor procurement schedule and material delivery status to support project timeline.
- Manage contract documentation, variation orders, claims and payment certifications.
- Assist in commercial negotiation with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for contracts, procurement, and tender records.
- Prepare project cost comparison, budget tracking, and commercial reports,
- Ensure procurement and contract processes comply with company procedures and project requirements.
Qualification :
- Female
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and AutoCAD
- Good command of English
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skill
- Honest, responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
