Job Description:
- Design transformation solutions (performance systems, operating models, governance) aligned with client strategy.
- Lead change management, from C-suite to front-line stakeholders.
- Oversee implementation with vendors and IT teams through go-live.
Requirements
- 5-8 years in consulting, product leadership, or HR-tech delivery.
- Proven executive-level, client-facing experience.
- Strong systems thinking and sharp product instinct.
