PT Requa Teknologi Indonesia is an company specializing in sustainable water technology solutions. We provides an integrated range of services to design, build, operate, maintain, and upgrade water treatment (WTP) and wastewater treatment (STP, WWTP).
Role Description
- Lead EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) projects for water and wastewater treatment.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, contract requirements, safety, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support business development activities through technical input and project planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Chemical, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment.
- Proven experience managing project execution from engineering through commissioning and O&M.
- Solid project management, budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
