Project Lead

What Will You Do

1. Create & ensure sales plan & strategy (Daily, monthly, yearly, & seasonal)
2. Ensure target achievement like improving user experience, increasing website traffic & sales, developing brand loyalty.
3. Maintain relationship with brand & platform.
4. Ensure availability of store merchandise and store services still on high standards.
5. Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
6. Maintain stock availability & supervise purchase order.
7. Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
8. Daily platform and teams monitoring.
9. Find more opportunities for brand to growing more in Online.
10. Monitoring effectiveness of marketing plan, content and design.
11. Final decision makes for hard complaint & issue.
12. Oversees the platform and teams performance

What You Will Need

1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Max. 35 years old.
3. Fluent in English or Mandarin will be plus.
4. At least 5 Year of working experience in handling e-commerce store.
5. Have experience to lead the team at least 1 year
6. Advanced in Microsoft office (excel and power point) skills.
7. Excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
