As we continue to grow and expand our projects across destination (such as Maldives, India, Nepal, and Africa), we are seeking a talented and passionate Project Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful design projects while working in a vibrant and creative environment.
The Project Landscape Architect will be responsible for Developing and managing landscape design projects from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include :
- Participate in project planning and design, including initial sketches, conceptual design development, and creation of detailed and clear construction drawings.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations and provide clear project updates
- Coordinate with Cost Estimator and provide suggestions regarding the client's budget expectations set at the beginning of the project
- Prepare design presentations for clients
- Oversee construction project execution to ensure the design and specifications are properly followed
- Manage and supervise landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
Candidates must hold :
- A Bachelor's Degree in Landscape or Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in landscape design and project management is required.
- Strong skills in teamwork, architectural design, and quality control.
- Good design sense within the Hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills with clients and able to present effectively to clients
- Proficient in English
- Problem solver
- Skilled in Lumion, D5, SketchUp, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office
