The Project Intern will assist in managing creative school projects from initial concept to final print. Responsibilities include tracking timelines, updating graphic designers daily, communicating with school committees (OSIS), and handling final quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timeline Execution: Assist in tracking project timelines from start to print to ensure all campaigns are delivered on schedule.
- School & Client Liaison: Maintain weekly check-ins with OSIS/school committees, distribute satisfaction forms, and provide timely updates.
- Internal Team Coordination: Send daily project updates to Graphic Designers and coordinate with the production team to prevent any project delays.
- Documentation & Reporting: Participate in concept development meetings, take detailed notes, and help maintain the risk and issue logs.
- Quality Control (QC): Assist with final quality checks to ensure deliverables meet standards with zero errors before final delivery.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields. (WITH NO CLASSES FOR 6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and sharp attention to detail.
- Familiarity with creative workflows, school organizations (like OSIS), or print production is a plus.
- Internship or campus organizational experience in project management or event organizing is a plus.
- Willing to WFO in Bintaro.
