Project Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Design Collaboration: Collaborate with the Principal to design and oversee architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of architects and engineers in project execution, ensuring quality and alignment of designs with client needs.
3. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present designs, and facilitate constructive feedback.
4. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage expenses, and seek ways to optimize cost efficiency.
5. Stakeholder Relations: Maintain good relationships with contractors, authorities, and other partners to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
6. Conduct site visits together with the Principal and project team

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Designer, or a related field.
2. Relevant work experience in designing and overseeing architectural projects, ideally across various scales and building types.
3. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3d Max, Rhino, and SketchUp.
4. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with effective leadership to interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
5. In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable architectural design principles.
6. Ability to manage work and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. A keen design sense, particularly in the hospitality sector.
