Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Interior Designer SHL Asia
Responsibilities:
- Design Collaboration: Collaborate with the Principal to design and oversee architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of architects and engineers in project execution, ensuring quality and alignment of designs with client needs.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present designs, and facilitate constructive feedback.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage expenses, and seek ways to optimize cost efficiency.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain good relationships with contractors, authorities, and other partners to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits together with the Principal and project team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Designer, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in designing and overseeing architectural projects, ideally across various scales and building types.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3d Max, Rhino, and SketchUp.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with effective leadership to interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable architectural design principles.
- Ability to manage work and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen design sense, particularly in the hospitality sector.
