1. Project financing scheme design
Design financing paths based on project type, such as EPC, EPC + F, BOO, BOT, IPP, leasing, PPA, etc.
Analyze project CAPEX, OPEX, revenue sources, payback cycles, IRR and financing feasibility.
Determine whether the project is suitable for introducing investors, funds, banks, or cooperative developers.
2. Resource Development of Investors and Financial Institutions
Connect with banks, funds, investment companies, IPPs, developers, family offices, and state-owned/private enterprise investment platforms.
Establish an investor database and project matching table.
Find potential funders or partners for CCEPC's key projects.
3. Support the marketing department to get the project
Offer financing solutions as a competitive advantage for CCEPC when customers do not have sufficient funds.
Assist the marketing manager in discussing payment methods, financing structure, and investment cooperation models with the owner.
Support business model design for projects such as Data Center, Photovoltaic, BESS, WTE, Water Treatment, Power Infrastructure, etc.
4. Project feasibility and threat and risk assessment
Conduct preliminary financial assessment of the project, including revenue, cost, taxes, financing cost, and payment risk.
Identify owner credit, land, licensing, PPA, offtaker, exchange rate, policy and payment risks.
Provide project financing advice to management: continue to advance, postpone, abandon, and seek partners.
5. Business documents and negotiation support
Prepare investment cooperation proposals, financing schemes, project business models, and investor briefings.
Assist in discussing business terms for KSO, JV, MOU, cooperation agreement, and Term Sheet.
Cooperate with legal, financial, marketing, and technical teams to complete project progress.
