Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Executive PT Kingsmen Indonesia
About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Project Executive to join our team at PT Kingsmen Indonesia, a leading interior design firm based in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of exciting commercial design projects across the region. You will be based in our offices in West Jakarta, with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in diverse locations.
What you'll be doing
- Own and drive end-to-end commercial store projects from client briefing through planning, execution coordination, and final handover
- Translate client requirements into structured and executable project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and coordination strategy
- Build and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring full alignment across client, landlord, vendors, and internal teams
- Act as the central coordination point for all stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution across multiple disciplines
- Manage project budget control, including fit-out works, furniture production, logistics, and installation costs
- Ensure all project phases are properly planned in detail before execution begins, minimizing on-site disruption and misalignment
- This is a planning- and coordination-driven role, not a technical site supervision position. The Project Executive is responsible for project control, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination, rather than daily hands-on supervision of site works.
- Monitor project progress against baseline plan, proactively identify risks, delays, and scope changes, and drive corrective actions
- Ensure design intent, technical specifications, and quality standards are properly executed by all site teams and vendors
- Deliver structured, accurate, and timely project reports and updates to management
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in commercial/retail.
- Strong capability in project planning, scheduling, and coordination (not just execution)
- Proven ability to handle complex, fast-moving projects with frequent changes
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Experience in handling budget coordination and cost awareness
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead site teams effectively
