Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation: Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
- Budgeting: Creating detailed project budgets and managing project costs to stay within budget.
- Material Take-offs: Analyzing design plans and specifications to determine material requirements and quantities.
- Quote Generation: Preparing detailed quotes for clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or Construction related
- 5 Years Experience in Project
- Able to operate AutoCAD, Excel, Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding in construction drawing principles and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
