Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Estimator PT Anakmuda Doyan Kerja
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop & standardize unit pricing models to ensure consistency in cost assessments across projects.
- Prepare tender documentations including BoQ, drawings, etc.
- Ensure well-organized, comprehensive, and easily accessible project documentation, including drawings, specifications, & cost breakdowns.
- Making cover letters for quotation, archiving quotation data
- Conduct negotiations, clarification of tender processes and carry out archiving of winning & losing tender.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of architectural and ME design principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software & MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & critical-thinking abilities with a focus on problem solving & cost optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
