The Project Engineer is the operational backbone of the PM coordination program. They maintain the master PM schedule, manage all work order administration, keep maintenance records current, and are the primary compiler of all structured compliance reporting deliverables submitted to client.
Job Description :
• Maintain and update the master client Maintenance Schedule 2026–2028 in coordination with the Site Manager
• Issue weekly work orders to all vendors aligned to client maintenance frequency requirements
• Track work order completion status and escalate overdue or at-risk items to the Site Manager
• Maintain complete and accurate maintenance records for all asset categories throughout the contract period
• Compile all 8 quarterly client compliance reports — including work order completion summary, non-conformance log, open item tracker, and next-quarter PM plan — formatted to client O&M Standard reporting requirements
• Provide administrative and documentation support during the Annual O&M Gap Analysis session, including assisting with gap analysis report drafting and PM schedule update for the following cycle
• Support pre-commencement mobilization remotely — prepare documentation packages, compile subcontractor contact lists, and assist in aligning coordination protocols prior to June 1 go-live
• Manage document control for all MoPs, work orders, completion records, and client submissions throughout the contract period
• Maintain the open item tracker and ensure all deviations and non-conformances are logged, tracked to closure, and reflected in quarterly reports
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in critical facility operations (data center power, cooling, or fire protection infrastructure)
• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance scheduling, document control, or technical administration within facility management or construction
• Demonstrated track record coordinating multi-vendor PM programs in hyperscale or Tier III DC environments
• Working familiarity with BDX or equivalent O&M standards, MoP frameworks, and LOTO/permit-to-work systems
• Proficiency in PM planning tools and work order management platforms (CMMS, MS Excel, or equivalent)
• Ability to produce structured compliance reports, open-item trackers, and PM completion summaries aligned to BDX reporting format
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English proficiency for client reporting
