Job Title: Project Installation Electric Engineering (Team Leader) (Male Only) / 机电安装工程项目（组长）
Job Qualifications / 职位要求:
1.Educational Background & Age Qualification / 教育及年龄:
Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field / 教育背景最低D3 (专科)。
Age between 25 – 35 years old, Healthy condition, and be able to travel / 25 – 35岁，身体健康、能常驻项目。
2.Language and Location Knowledge Skills / 语言和地理:
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia / 良好的英语和印尼语。
Familiar with Software Drawing of Electrical / 能看懂电机系统图纸。
3.Job Experiences / 工作经验:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Electrical Engineering, construction team leader or supervisor, and holding high-voltage electrician's certificate, will be priority / 至少3年以上的电力工程施工经验，如担任过施工班组组长，有高压电工证者，优先考虑。
4.Interpersonal & Organizational Skills / 个人基本和组织能力:
Professional, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team, excellent in work responsibility, communication and coordination skills, and strong on-site management capabilities / 专业、积极主动，能够独立工作，也能团队合作、工作责任心、沟通协调能力、现场管理能力较强。
High attention to detail and confidentiality, honest and trustable, obey company management, and report work progress to company leaders (project managers) on-time. / 爱岗敬业、诚实可靠 、服从公司管理，及时向公司领导（项目经理）反馈工作进度情况。
5.Willingness to Travel / 外派:
Willing to travel and long-term stay on site or other cities / 需前往外地或外岛常驻。

✅ Male Only
✅ Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
✅ Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage
✅ Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
✅ 3 years or more of working experience as Project Installation Electric Engineering Team Leader
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✅ Willing to travel and long-term stay on site or other cities
✅ Professional, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
✅ Responsible and strong on-site management capabilities
