Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering or other relevant fields in science and technology.
2. Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in project engineer or related roles (relevant apprenticeship experience is a plus)
3. Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
4. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
5. Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
6. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
7. Skilled in using Google Sheets and Google Slides; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
8. Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
10. Willing to work full-time from the office in Bekasi.
11.Possessing a Driver's License (SIM A & C) is a plus, as it's required for client meetings

2. Maintain effective and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Monitor and manage project scope, schedule, and changes to ensure project alignment.
4. Track project progress and performance, focusing on the successful completion of short-term goals.
5. Assign project tasks based on team members’ strengths, expertise, and experience.
6. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams and multiple project elements simultaneously.
7. Identify potential risks and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
8. Oversee project administration and ensure smooth operational execution.
9. Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
