Job Description
- Proficient in MEP design and engineering, with expertise in developing Single Line Diagrams, detailed Wiring Schematics, and HVAC/Ducting layouts.
- Capable of performing precise Electrical Load Calculations and equipment sizing to ensure system efficiency, safety, and compliance with the authority standards.
- Liaise with designers and project team on production of drawings.
- Plan and coordinate with clients, colleagues, and vendors to schedule the sequence of work.
- Communicate with all Project Managers and Project staff
- Identify possible technical problems and seek for solution
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Architectural discipline
- Well verse in CAD drawing and MS Office
- Skill in SketchUp is an advantage
- Organized, responsible, good team player and initiative with positive work attitude
- Good project management skills and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and do overtime if necessary
