Job Description
- Able to create and develop technical drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in accordance with project standards.
- Proficient in CAD/Revit or similar design software to produce layouts, schematics, and detailed engineering drawings.
- Prepare shop drawings and as‑built drawings based on design requirements and site conditions.
- Supervise and coordinate MEP installations on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs and technical specifications
- Collaborate with the project management team and architects to ensure integrated and coordinated project activities
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders regarding MEP progress, challenges, and solutions
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a Design Engineer or MEP Engineer
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with Autocad, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
