Eling Group is looking for a highly motivated Project Development & Community Relations Officerto join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to projects that create a positive impact on people, communities, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation and records.
• Coordinate project administration, legal documentation, licensing, and permit processes.
• Liaise with government agencies, notaries, consultants, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, community leaders, and strategic partners. Support field surveys, data collection, and project development activities.
• Prepare project reports, timelines, checklists, and progress monitoring documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (minimum).
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, property development, construction, licensing, hospitality, tourism, or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets) and digital administration.
• Willing to travel for business when required.
• Possession of a valid SIM A or SIM C driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of land administration, legal documentation, and licensing processes.
• Experience working with government institutions, local authorities, and community organizations.
• Understanding of local culture and community engagement.
• Familiarity with Canva, Notion, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or project management software will be an advantage.
