Job description
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong business development skills
- Good understanding of product or project service knowledge life cycle especially in the IT industry
- Good understanding of the end-to-end product or service development
- Proven experience in budgeting for product or service development
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven experience in pitching
- Good understanding of pitch-deck design skills
- Strong market research and analysis skills
- Strong project management skills
Job Descriptions
- Create and improve project services that fill a niche in the market or allow their employers or clients to remain competitive
- Conduct and analyse market research and sales data to identify trends and determine areas where a project service may provide competition or disrupt a market to provide a high return on investment (ROI)
- Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimisation, and production issues
- Create a project service knowledge deck to be presented to all stakeholders (corporate executives, business development manager, project coordinators, developers, and designers) to gain permission to develop the project service line
- Generate product requirements, determine specifications and pricing, and develop marketing strategies
- Create and manage the timeline for project service development including budgeting
- Preparing documents following SOP required for a new project service development
- Working with existing customers to understand their needs better
- Develop the project service prototype before bringing it to the development process
- Collaborate with project coordinators, developers, and designer throughout the project service development process
- Monitoring new project service launching based on launching
- Make adjustments to a development plan whenever the current idea is not working well
General Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Officer
- Previous experience in the product or project service development is a must
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or similar field
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Strong organisation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to go to Malang Office if needed
