Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Development Manager PT. DreamUs Edutainment Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of projects, from pre-setup, setup, operations, to tear down across multiple cities in Indonesia.
- Manage project timelines, manpower, logistics, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, safety, service quality, and SOP compliance.
- Lead onsite teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (mall management, vendors, and contractors).
- Monitor budgets and operational performance, resolving issues to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Conduct operational reporting and post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, Event Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Event Operations, Project Management, Exhibition, Amusement Parks, Theme Parks, or Hospitality.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end event or operational projects.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience handling vendors and external stakeholders.
- Excellent project planning and execution skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel and relocate temporarily across Indonesia for project assignments.
