1. The Project Cost Controller manages the cost control function. This involves monitoring the overall
control of project activities & project forecasting.
2. This job involves collecting actual costs and collating them in a format to allow comparison with
3. Gathering of Information and required documents from Vendors, supplier and contractors in
relation to Projects that are being handled.
4. Revise the analyses of all project activities
5. Provide monthly and weekly reporting to Director and B.O.D
6. Monitoring projects during execution by analyzing the achieved results and comparing them with
budget which could lead to pinpointing major variance as applicable.
7. Coordinating with Contractors and Clients with regard to Project progress and hindrance or issues
8. Perform cost analysis simulation and forecast backed by empirical data that aims at improving
progress of the project and reducing risk contributing to the overall project success.

1. Verifying costs with vendors and suppliers
2. Estimating expenditures
3. Recommending cost-saving measures to upper management
4. Monitoring and analyzing costs.
5. Cooperating with project managers, Contractors and Suppliers to help them meet budgeting goals
and achieve set objectives.
6. Writing reports and presenting information to key stakeholders.
7. Developing and adjusting budgets.
8. Researching to find opportunities to reduce expenses.
1. Background experience in estimating/scheduling is a plus
2. Must have budgeting or forecasting experience
3. Project management background preferred
4. Experience in auditing is a plus
5. Experience in Construction projects is a plus
6. Familiar with the concepts of “Budget Planning”, “Monitoring expenses”, “Change control
systems”, “Time management” and “Tracking earned value”
7. Proficient interpersonal and organization skills
8. MS Office proficiency including advanced knowledge of Excel
9. Excellent verbal and written communication
10. An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
12. Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or Civil Engineering
13. 3-5 Years experience in Projects Management Operations particularly in the Oil & Gas Industries
