Timor Leste & Mandailing Natal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Cost Control professional to join our construction team for our project in Timor Leste. If you have a passion for cost management and project performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Project Cost Control, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar role within the construction industry.

- Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ERP systems and project management software is an advantage.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

- Willing to be assigned and relocated to the project site in Timor Leste.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports.

- Track actual project costs against the approved budget.

- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure effective cost control.

- Prepare weekly and monthly cost performance reports for management.

- Support project forecasting, cash flow planning, and budget updates.

- Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and project financial policies.
