Qualification:
- Preferably 1 year of experience in Project Management.
- Fast learner.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Good interpersonal, Analyz and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Time management and effective prioritization.
- Willing to work under pressure or overtime.
- Willing to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Job Description:
- Arrange schedules, resources, equipment and information for each project handled.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor work progress.
- Ensure that client needs are met while the project is running.
- Regularly create comprehensive documentation and reports.
- Track, distribute and monitor project documents (Report, BAST, etc.).
- Determine the schedule and timeline for project activities.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Oversee project management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any problems which may arise.
